1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship orders via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

• Shipping times may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier. 

If popcorn is purchased after 4:00pm on Friday , it will be shipped the following Monday!

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our popcorn, we do not accept returns. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at the official contact information listed on our website within 7 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order using the contact page on our website.

2. Provide photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.

3. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

• If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

• If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have it resent.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
